PROVERBS 24:30-34
30- I went by the field of the slothful, and by the vineyard
of the man void of understanding;
31- And, lo, it was all grown over with thorns, and nettles
had covered the face thereof, and the stone wall thereof
was broken down.
32- Then I saw, and considered it well: I looked upon it,
and received instruction.
33- Yet a little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding
of the hands to sleep:
34- So shall thy poverty come as one that travelleth; and
thy want as an armed man.
GEN 3:18
PROVERBS 1:1-7
1- The proverbs of Solomon the son of David, King of Israel;
2- To know wisdom and instruction; to perceive the words of
understanding.
3- To receive the instruction of wisdom, justice, and
judgment, and equity;
4- To give subtilty to the simple, to the young man knowledge
and discretion.
5- A wise man will hear, and will increase learning; and a
man of understanding shall attain unto wise counsels:
6- To understand a proverb, and the interpretation; the words
of the wise, and their dark sayings.
7- The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge: but
fools despise wisdom and instruction.
1KINGS 4:32 PROV 2:1
2 TIMOTHY 3:15-17
15- And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures
which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through
faith which is in Christ Jesus.
16- All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is
profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction,
for instruction in righteousness:
17- That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished
unto all good works.
